terms and conditions1. i have the right to refuse the commission without needing to provide a reason.
2. i have the right to cancel the commission due to a client's inappropriate behaviour, poor communication, etc.
3. if i desire to use a client's work for a portfolio, etc, i will discuss with them prior.
4. the client must specify and describe the content of their commission to the best of their abilities.
5. the client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the commission.
6. the client may display the commission in profiles.
7. under no circumstances may the client submit a commission to any kind of contest.
8. commissions will be sent via email, or however the client prefers.
9. If the commission is for commercial purpose, i must be notified prior to the start of work and will discuss with client.
10. the client may request a preview of the commission at any time during the creation process, however, i will be ensuring i send w.i.ps overall.
11. substantial / major changes to finished pieces will cost extra if the client changes their mind, etc.
12. refunds may only be issued before i have started and/or right after sketching, according to how the client has paid.
